Rules
Communication
These rules apply to all game communication methods such as chat, personal messages and the forums.
- No spamming. This means sending any unsolicited messages.
- No flooding. This means sending multiple messages containing the same or similar content.
- Discusion of similar websites or games, such as other browser based games, in the chat or forums is not allowed. This does not mean you can spam friends via personal messaging, though discussion is allowed.
- Abuse to other players is not tolerated, such as real world personal threats.
- Posting of referral/affiliation links in messages, chat, forums or anywhere else is not allowed.
- Any sort of discriminative behaviour (including racism) is not tolerated.
- Please keep swearing, adult language and adult talk to a minimum and be aware that the website is aimed at a wide audience.
- You may not harass or continuously send personal messages to other users.
- Creating pointless posts or topics in the forums to gain "post count" is not allowed.
Personal Profile
Your personal profile and avatar must keep in line with the following rules.
- Your personal picture must not contain any nudity or adult content.
- Your personal profile message must not contain any adult content.
- Please keep strong language to a minimum, baring in mind the wide age range of website visitors.
Gameplay conduct
This website does not tolerate any form of cheating and should be treated like any other game.
- The use of automatic scripts or "bots" which assist in gameplay or website navigation is not allowed.
- Activity which is considered beyond the rate of normal human activity may result in your account being disabled.
- Access to the game must only be carried out through the normal designed interfaces. Gameplay through backend commands is not allowed, wether automated or not.
- You are only allowed ONE active account at any time, having multiple accounts is not allowed.
- Once you register an account, only you may use that account. You are not to let friends or family use the account.
- You must NOT interact with other accounts on the same internet connection or public IP Address as you. This means transfering items, taking part in activities and more. This is to help ensure that there is nobody using multiple accounts for personal gain.
- If you become aware of a technical fault or "bug" in the website, you must inform administrators via the Helpdesk as soon as possible.
- Purposely or continuously making use of a technical fault or a "bug" in the website is not allowed.
Service and Payment Options
These rules apply to the website in general and also relate to any payment options available.
- The use of this website to aid in any illegal or malicious activity is not allowed.
- Intentional distribution of viruses, worms, trojan horses or other programs intended to cause harm to a computer is not allowed.
- All payments made for virtual products, such as game credits or premium membership, is non-refundable.
Players are reminded that further rules or warnings in relation to specific features may appear throughout the game which are also to be followed.
Failure to abide by the website rules may result in your account access being removed and in some cases further bans made identified by your IP Address, cookies stored on your computer and various other user identifiable information.
Privacy Statement
IP Address and Connection
Every account has the last used IP Address stored directly against it and all IP Addresses ever used to access the account stored. This is done to protect game accounts from unauthorized access.
Cookies
When you access this website we store a cookie used to keep track of your movement between accounts or relation with other registered accounts, this is for the purposes of ensuring rules are kept within the game.
In addition to this every time you login a session cookie is stored with your web browser to maintain the session and authorize your access to the game account.
Our cookies do not personally identify you in any way, they contain a unique hash which we can use to cross-check with related game accounts.
Third Parties
We do not directly pass on any of your information to third parties. However for statistical purposes your browser and connection information, including geographic information detected is recorded by Google Analytics. None of this information can personally identify you and it does not include e-mail addresses or account names.
If you choose to subscribe to our announcements feed via e-mail your address is also submitted to Google (FeedBurner product) in this case for them to handle the e-mail distribution.
